Information Needed at Loan Application

In order to expedite your loan process, please bring the following items which pertain to you:

v Picture ID and proof of social security number

v Residence addresses for the last two years

v Names and addresses of each employer for the past two years

v Gross monthly base salary with overtime and bonuses listed separately

v W2's (2 years) and current check stub

v Last two months of bank statements

v Names, addresses, account numbers, balances and monthly payments of all credit cards

v Addresses of other real estate owned

v Loan information on other real estate owned

v Estimated value of furniture and personal property

v Certificate of eligibility and DD214's (VA only)

v Money for credit report and appraisal

v Full divorce decree, if applicable
