Anthem Country Club

Anthem Country Club is located in Henderson in the southeast part of the Las Vegas.  It is part of the planned community of Anthem which includes Sun City Anthem, Anthem Coventry and Solera.  Anthem Country Club is a guard-gated community of just under 2,000 acres.  Located 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Anthem Country Club’s spectacular Hale Irwin-Keith Foster designed championship gold course features dramatic elevation changes as it traverses breathtaking natural desert terrain, sparkling waterfalls, six lake and picturesque canyons.

Designed  Production homes range in size from 1,275 sq. ft. to 5797 sq. ft. Custom homes are also built here.   Simply stated this community is gorgeous!!!!!

 

 

Green Valley Ranch

This planned community is located south of Lake Mead Dr. in Henderson. It extends both east and west of Valle Verde Dr. and south of the 215 Beltway.  Home of the District which is high-scale outdoor shopping and residential condominums and restaurants.
Green Valley Ranch is a small planned community with beautiful spacious homes in gated subdivisions.   It has recreation and beautiful parks areas. Lots to choose from here from condos to smaller homes to customs. It is and easy commute to the rest of Las Vegas….just get on the 215.  It is approximately a 15 minute drive to the world famous Las Vegas Strip.
 
 
Las Vegas Country Club      
Centrally located and only 3 blocks from the Las Vegas Strip.  This community is guard gated with lush and mature landscaping.  Residences surround the golf course affording most residences with a glorious golf course view!   You may find beautiful detached homes, townhomes, condos and highrise in this prestigious location.  This community has charm, grace, and character!

Summerlin

Ahh, beautiful Summerlin……Summerlin is located on the west side of Las Vegas.  It  is unfolding in villages, each centered around its own major park, golf course or major amenity. Currently, there are 17 villages in various stages of development. Eventually, the community will be home to 30 villages, each featuring dozens of thoughtfully planned neighborhoods with a unique selection of homes, townhomes, condominiums, and apartments. Each Summerlin village has its own distinctive style of architecture and design, evident in streetscapes, landscaping, and village walls.

 

 

Spanish Trails

This beautiful guard gated community is located approximately 10 minutes west of the strip.  It is bordered on the north by Tropicana and on the east by Rainbow. 

There are 1252 homes here in 11 separate neighborhoods/communities. Homes range in price from the mid $300,000's up into the millions of dollars. Town homes range in price from the high $100,000 to the mid $300,000's. Amenities include  tennis center, fitness center, two pools and two spas. The four town home neighborhoods have access to these as well as their own pools and spas. Memberships are available to the Spanish Trails Golf and Country Club. These are offered and sold by individual members. Prices for golf memberships usually run under $30,000 with social memberships available the $3,000 to $4,000 range. The association provides lists of memberships available for sale. Most of these homes were constructed in the 1980's and 1990's. This project was the first of its kind in Las Vegas.

 

Seven Hills

The master-planned community of Seven Hills is just enough out of the way to be insulated from the hustle and bustle of city life while only a short drive from major business districts, scenic areas and recreation attractions. Situated in the rolling foothills of the Black Mountain Range in Henderson, Seven Hills overlooks one of the world's most dazzling skylines -- the famous Las Vegas Strip. Spectacular as the location may be, one of the most unique aspects of Seven Hills is that one-third of the land is dedicated to open space, parks and neighborhood recreational areas. Seven Hills offers a very wide range of home style and prices, ranging from custom home sites, homes with casitas, guard-gated, gated, 3 car garages, single story, large lots.

 

 

Southern Highlands

Southern Highlands offers an ideal setting for families of all ages. The community features parks, open spaces and recreational facilities, including ball fields and tennis courts, providing numerous options for active lifestyles and family entertainment. For those who want to hike or bike within the beautiful natural surroundings, a trail system intertwines throughout the community. An on-site public elementary school and private elementary school were welcome additions when both schools opened in August 2003.

This 2,300 acre master planned community is actually two distinct communities in one.

The south end features "The Villages at Southern Highlands". Here more than 75 model homes are showcased by more than an dozen builders.

The north end features "The Estates" the Southern Highlands Golf and Country Club. It is a guard-gated community of neighborhoods with custom home sites of one-half acre to two acres. Custom home sites surround the golf course with several magnificent homes built as well as many under construction. In addition, Christopher Homes is building high-end production homes, many with golf course frontage. Prices range from the mid $400,000's well into the millions.

 

Southern Highlands is planned to include a trail system, public and private schools, shopping venues, restaurants, and medical facilities. Parks will encompass more than 50 acres. Homes here are priced from the low $100,000's to the $400,000's.

Only 7 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip and approximately 15 minutes to McCarran Airport.
 
 

Red Rock Country Club

Red Rock Country Club is located in  Las Vegas, Nevada in Summerlin. It backs up to the Red Rock Conservation Area. It can be visited by going west on Sahara to the very end. Homes here run from the low 300's to over a Million. It is important to keep in mind, if you are considering this development, that no homes are available at the base prices. Almost every lot currently available carries a substantial premium. That said, this is a beautiful community that, when completed, will feature 2 Arnold Palmer  golf courses, 44,000 sq. ft. main clubhouse and a 8,000 sq. ft. sports clubhouse. The membership to the golf club and sports club is somewhat complicated with several types of memberships available.

 

Mountains Edge

The 3,000-acre community is located at Blue Diamond Road and Buffalo Drive in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley. Plans include 500 acres of parks and trail systems, four elementary schools, two middle schools and a high school. Areas have been set aside for commercial development.   There are 22 builders.

Amenities consist of a 20-acre picnic area, a tennis complex, a performing arts amphitheater, a skate park, two baseball diamonds, and two multi-use fields. Additionally, there is a 20-acre exploration park and a Western-themed play park with an animal garden, a water tower, slides, a tee-pee climbing net, and a native American archeological digging area.

The Mountain's Edge development utilizes indigenous landscaping with Mojave yucca, creosote brushes and acacia shrubs.  Roughly 3,200 plants are being moved and restored as part of the project's natural environment. An aged stone wall and Mission-style tower flanked by olive groves will line the Mountain's Edge entrance.
Mountain’s Edge is going to be a Tuscany-themed development, emphasizing Old World charm. There will be open space and pedestrian paseos that run throughout the project, linking school and park sites with wide sidewalks along the roadways allowing pedestrian access in and around the project.

Mountains Edge is a wonderful safe family environment!



The Providence

Providence has been created and master planned by Focus Property Group, a Las Vegas company with deep roots right here in Southern Nevada.

Providence is located on 1,200 acres in the Northwest of the Las Vegas Valley.
